What is Elon Musk’s mission?
Long back, Elon Musk came up with the aim to create a sustainable civilization of humans on Mars. So, most people working for SpaceX, always work together with a single aim of seeing humans on Mars as soon as possible. In most of the recent interviews, a series of tweets by Musk revealed that he could build about a thousand Mars rockets, each carrying about a hundred people, before 2050.
So the delivery of humans from Earth to Mars will probably begin in the early 2030s. Additionally, there might be about 30,000 to 50,000 people who will voluntarily choose to start a new life on Mars leaving life on Earth. So, according to Elon Musk’s predictions are that he will be able to transport about 80,000 people to Mars in a span of two years resulting in a massive population on Mars by 2075.

Elon Musk- A man with a plan
Speaking in the recent interviews, Elon Musk brought out the name of a new herculean Battlestar Galactica can be used to make an effort to transport thousands of humans from Earth to Mars with the help of thousands of SpaceX starship rockets.
Elon Musk has been repeating his goals with a series of tweets from the year 2020, among which he frequently pointed out a plan of building about a hundred starships each year for a period of 10 years in total.

When will the launch of the starship to Mars?
Elon Musk says that each of the starships that are built will be departing in batches during the key 30-day windows that are to be open only once every 26 months. The difference in these 26 months is because of the Earth-Mars alignment, and musk decided to take advantage of it since the two planets will be closest to each other, every 26 months.
So with the plan that must be cast presently, the starship launch must begin in 2028, carrying thousands of inhabitants and ultimately reaching 1 million inhabitants on Mars in just a span of 22 years. So Mars in 2050 will have about 1 million humans who moved from Earth.

Will life on Mars be luxurious?

Though Elon Musk had the best plan to transport humans from Earth to Mars, he also mentioned to Anderson that life on Mars would not be as luxurious as people imagine, especially in the beginning stages of inhabitation. He also said that apart from not being luxurious, life on Mars will be a little dangerous, difficult, cramped, and involves a lot of hard work.
Musk mentioned that people may not be able to make it back once they move to Mars, but the life there will be glorious. However, it might be glorious for Elon musk, not for the people who are actually moving to Mars because nobody is sure even if they will ever reach there.
How will people go to Mars in 2050, according to Musk?
The CEO of SpaceX, Elon Musk, told Anderson that there is a chance of any person going to Mars only if they earn up to $100,000 if they want a hypothesized travel that costs too much on each person’s journey to Mars. In addition, Elon Musk also mentions that people could procure funding from government sponsors or even take a loan to start a new life on Mars.

Conclusion
Though Elon musk has a firm thought of sending people to Mars and colonization of Mars, others say that it is fundamentally difficult to send people to Mars, and the desire to do it quickly will make it even more dangerous.
On the other hand, the space industry is currently very conscious regarding the safety of people, with both the government and the public not showing any willingness to risk the lives of astronauts.
Setting up a human colony on Mars is far beyond experimentation and exploration that we are already used to, as it can be more complex, including a lot of difficulty and danger. All of us need to be prepared that the process will not go smoothly, and there may be a lot of hurdles in between.
Moving people from Earth to Mars can be considered an industrial undertaking and thus must be treated just like Earth’s other high-risk industries.
At the same time, it is also essential for all of us to be more realistic about what happens in the future and when we can see the actual colonization of Mars, as promised by Elon Musk.
However, people say that Musk has to be a little more responsible for making decisions that risk human life.
