Elon Musk: SpaceX will get ready to take off its first orbital flight in this month

Starship of Elon Musk consists of a gaint first-stage booster called Super Heavy and a 165-foottall (50 meters) upper-stage spacecraft which id known as Starship. SpaceX is developing this vehicle to take people and cargo to the moon and to Mars and to other destinations as well throughout the solar system.

Elon Musk said about SpaceX Starship

The company have conducted so many high-altitude test flights with Starship upper-stage prototypes from Starbase, through its South Texas site near the village of Boca Chica. And it’s gearing up for the transportation system’s for the very first orbital test flight, which SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk now says could be happen early.

“We will have a second Starship stack ready to fly in August and then monthly thereafter,” Musk added in another tweet today. (More on SpaceX Starship will be ready for 1st orbital flight in July)

Much of this prep rational  work involves building and testing Raptors, the next generation engine that will gave power to Starship. Each Super Heavy booster will support 33 Raptors and every  Starship spacecraft will have six of them, Musk had said.

Elon Musk’s first orbital flight

SpaceX’s Elon Musk said on last Thursday that the first orbital flight of his towering Starship — the world’s most powerful rocket ever built on earth — could come in another month or two months.

Musk provided his first main Starship update in more than two years during standing alongside the 390-foot (119meter) rocket which is at SpaceX’s Texas spaceport. He urged the nighttime crowd, “Let’s make this real!”

“There is really some wild stuff here,” he said. “In fact, hard to believe it’s actually real.

Why NASA plans to use full reusable Starship?

NASA plans to use the full reusable Starship to land astronauts on the moon as early by 2025. Musk, meanwhile said  hopes to deploy a fleet of Starships to build a city on Mars, hauling equipment and people are there. From now onwards , the initial flights would carry Musk’s internet satellites , for which they called, into  the orbit.

“There will probably be a few bumps in the road, but we want to iron those out with satellite missions and test missions” before gathering people on board, Elon said just a few million dollars with a high flight rate, which will bring down the cost. Elon my called it “crazy low” and “ridiculously good” by current space standards.

Starship already have one private customer: which is a Japanese entrepreneur who had bought a flight around the moon and plans it to take to dozen artists with them. Musk hinted that there are others also who are interested in buying trips, saying future announcements would be coming.

Until now, SpaceX has depend on its much smaller Falcon rockets to launch satellites, as well as astronauts and cargo are the International space Station for NASA. Its the first privately owned flight, which is purchased by a billionaire, during last September. Another is coming up in the end of month March, this one to the space station with three businessmen who are currently paying $55 million apiece. How many times can SpaceX Starship be actually reused?

Company officials earlier said that reusing a first-stage at least ten times impact fully reduces the cost of spaceflight. A Falcon 9 booster could be reflow up to 100 times with refurbishment in between the flights

Is SpaceX Starship is full reusable?

Starship is a fully reusable and super heavylift launch vehicle which is developed by SpaceX. Both of its two stages —in which one is super heavy booster and other is Starship spacecraft — used liquid oxygen and liquid methane as a propellant. (why Elon Musk choose methane as fuel in his Starship Rocket)

As year 2021, SpaceX was actively developed the Starship system, with  the potential  to make it a fully-reusable and two-stage launch vehicle, which is now intended to replace all of its pre existing launch vehicles and spacecraft which are used for satellite delivery and for human transport
